"Undefined"

When watching a video of my flight in the 3D viz platform instead of image loading it just says undefined.

How can I fix this?

@andrewrawls I think the issue was because the wrong DZ was selected, have another go and let me know if the problem persists.

When I first uploaded the jump all of the information, e.g. my picture, name, ect., was all there. Not sure now why the jump is running as undefined?

Thanks for the quick reply. Right now I’m getting the 500 Systems Error and unable to view anything (Actions > My Actions). The error occurs both in my primary browser Firefox as well as in Chrome.

I noticed the Undefined Error still occurring on my last jump #158065, but haven’t checked any of the others.

Hi @andrewrawls - during the coronavirus shutdown we have decided to dramatically improve our technical infrastructure. This includes new servers, database engines and a large amount of back-end upgrades. The majority of the infrastructure migration is complete but the new database engine is still building indexes which essentially makes things go fast. During this time there will be timeouts and failures like you’ve seen above. Hopefully it will all be back to normal (and much faster) in a few days. Apologies for the temporary inconvenience.
