I switched on my dekunu a few weeks after my last jump (November 2nd 2019), to upgrade and load my jumps, only to find out that the touch screen is not responding.
Now I am stuck, it charges, it switches on but is completely unresponsive.
Please help.
Have you tried using the reset with a paper clip in the hole next to the power button?
I had a problem in the past where it was unresponsive but after doung a reset it worked just fine.
tried reseting several times, nosuccess.
i sent it for repair late in december though
