OK guys, quick update - developers have identified the cause and will roll a fix out in the next few hours. @sandmanrd has released me from my oath so I am off to rest now… thanks for working with us to figure this out guys #teamwork
I tried a few times this morning as well and still nothing.
I gave it two more tires when I got home. Still having the same issues. I went to the webpage profile and it was also down.
I have tried 5 times in the last 20 minutes to no avail still… same problem as before, wrong password…
Hey guys, quick update on this - developers have been working tirelessly on a fix, they know what is causing the problem and are testing firmware before rolling out the solution.
In the meantime if you are experiencing this issue, I have a quick-fix
The process is unique to each user so either shoot me an email - support@dekunu.tech - or post here and I will email you instructions.

I sent an email on this yesterday but thought to let you know on here too. I have the exact same problem as the op, the unit is unusable at the moment as it can’t activate itself. If you could please advise, I’ve tried everything I could think of to sort it.
