Hi folks,
On the C17 jump yesterday, both I and another on the load noticed after landing that our One thought we were still airborne. For several hours before we gave up and hit reset to get it to ready up for then next jump. Is there any other way to convince the One you are on the ground so we don’t lose the jump data?
Hey @skwill72 - there is a fix for this coming in the next fw update - apologies for the hassle.
Note, the bug isn’t affecting the integrity of the altitude readings, it just stops counting down at some point very low and doesn’t move out of freefall mode.
Being worked on currently and will be fixed asap!
