Yesterday, I did two jumps. They both reflect in the cloud but do not on the device. I’ve tried restarting, I’ve updated the user, nothing corrects the log on the device. How do I correct this?
@wjr that is odd, we will need to see some device logs, if you can first power on the device, connect to wifi then go to Diagnostics > Syslogs > Upload - tap the upload button once then wait, it takes a few minutes for the files to pack up and sync to the server. Once that is done shoot an email to email@example.com and we can investigate for you
