The logbook isn’t syncing. The time the cloud said my device connected was on the 4th of July, but it’s been connected to the internet for 16 hours at least.
Hi, I have a similar but different issue. So Dekunu Cloud default site shows actions in last days and has registered the 6 jumps I did and the Dekunu has uploaded / synced but when I go to actions they are not there. Pls help
I did a simple restart over the weekend when I had similar issues and it started to sync. It seems like if it goes to the logo/time or screen off the log syncing will often stop at least in my experience.
It’s been restarted. I turned it off when I left the DZ and turned it on when I got home.
I meant now that you are home and on wifi. Also just a thought since your device sounds new do you have the appropriate DZ set? I noticed once it would not sync if the DZ was not set.
I had the same issue this week and reported it already to Dekunu

I’m having the same problem. Unit says 31 jumps. Cloud says 23. Last 8 not showing as synced although diagnostics says they have. I’ve shut the unit off and on.
@crapo could you please send a .zip copy of your jumplog folder to support@dekunu.tech? I can check this out for you
So I sent the logs but there was no resolution. It’s happened again this weekend although only partially. I will email the logs to you again. Any chance of resolving this?

During my time in Kenya, I did 28 skydives and 2 extra flights in the plane where the weather did not allow for a skydive. Both those plane rides have been logged on my cloud. Is there a method to remove them from the clound and or device?

There is an editable log book feature coming but until then, mark the log for review and the developers will delete the logs for you.
Any update on my missing logs? I looked at the help article referring to marking actions for review but I don’t have a ‘View’ button so I can’t get to the details of the actions.
