Jump not ready


one jump I did today is marked as not ready on the device and if I try to open it says that the accumulated data is being processed and to wait few minutes. But I kept the device on for 6+ hours and nothing has changed.

Can you help, please?


@ColOfAbRiX apologies for the delayed response, this can sometimes occur when the processing of a log has been interrupted by the device being powered off for example. To find a solution for you I will need to collect some more info and maybe logs from your device.
