Green error screen?

I’m having a problem with activation. I keep getting the same black screen with green letters that says SD card mounting failed. When i press the power button again it gets stuck on a complete blank green screen. Has anyone else been having this issue?

I sent mine back, they fixed it up, and now it works perfectly and I love it!!

Most likely but you will get it back quickly. Just email their customer support and they will set you up.
