Hope someone can help as ive had no response from emailing.
Unit arrived last week and did all the setup,left it out in the garden for several times and several hours
but will not get a GPS fix,any ideas would be juch appreciated.

I know Tracy is away on holidays at the moment, but perhaps @brent might be able to help? If you go into the diagnostics page and GPS, what information is shown?

@Dorz - can you please send a request to support@dekunu.tech along with a photo of the GPS diagnostic page that Joe requested? We will then be able to cross reference against your devices GPS performance during pre-shipping tests and see if there is anything we can do to remotely assist.
