Agreed, I believe the manual sync is on the development roadmap already. I will have the tech team look into your issue and get back to you.
Great. you’ll probably have my device in your hands by the time they figure it out once I ship it back! Im sure there is a way to manually upload the jumps on the device im sending onto my cloud account

@clcaruthers your device seems to have v3.3.4 fw, the new rollout is v3.5.2
Can you try the update again?
You won’t lose any logs when we exchange your device, I have been assured 
I updated to 3.5.2 about 25ish minutes ago once I realized all you have to do is drag and drop 
I’ve make sure to keep the screen lit to keep the connection to the network (so long as the cable keeps making contact in the port to charge which you know I’m having issues with), but it has yet to sync.

IS failing manual update via GUI. Can I just get the file and drop it into the device while in USB mode as I have done before? getting ready to go jumping todfay for the weekend and want this updated. THanks
Yes, and I loaded into root of device and it does nothing on reboot. Says I am still on v3.3.4 and boot loaded is still 3.0.2.
I loaded file into root of device but does not expand it and load on reboot. Anything you did differently?
I put the file into the root of device while in USB mode and then eject to restart but it does nothing with that file. Still says I am on v3.3.4 Any ideas?
@tharshman Here is the link to download the firmware to your computer, put the device in USB mode, connect to the computer and then drop the file in before safely ejecting.
Let me know if you have any issues.

Bingo that did it. I had to remove the bracketed (1) on the filename and it went through. Thanks!!
