If you go into “diagnostics”, and Into “FW” it will have “update” that is a manual update check option, this will automatically check and ask if you wish to update if there is a later version.
Interesting that your ESP32FW is showing V0.0.0 - can you send an email to support@dekunu.tech and @vtracy can point you in the right direction.
