Hello, I have been having problems with the “green screen” issue that I have seen other posts about. I turn the unit on and after a minute or so, it will go to a green screen and the only thing I can do is press the power button, after which the device will reboot and come back up to the main screen. After a minute or so, it will go back to the green screen.
Also, is there a way for me to update to the latest firmware other than via WiFi?
I am on FW 4.9.1 and the device will not update. I have a good, strong WiFi signal and all that happens is that the device sits there “Checking for updates” and never does anything before it ends up going to the green screen and having to be rebooted.
