why can not I load it from the dekunu?

Once you have downloaded it, you must copy it to your device when it is connected to your computer and in USB mode. This update also fixes the automatic firmware update functionality on the device so you won’t need to manually do it again in the future

Hi. I’ve got 3.3.4 and my jump counter still don’t update I see you mentioned it here so I was just wondering if the fix has been made and mine has an issue or is it still to come?

Yet to arrive, if you mean the counter on your device not showing the number of jumps you did (neither with your Dekunu, nor including all your other jumps before your Dekunu).
