I sent my Dekunu back for repair over a year ago. No response to any of my emails. No idea where the hell it is. My first Dekunu got lost in transit and when i sent that for repair and i had to purchase a new one. Here i am again and cant even get a response to an email. Good as gone i guess.
I really love my Dekunu. Makes my skydiving a real joy. Didn’t had any problem - never - in the sky. For this reason it’s so sad to follow this development here.
The cloud isn’t running any more since months. Can’t get access to my Actions and Logbook. The automatic Logbook function is the main reason why I have it. Furthermore does my Dekunu need a new battery. No service available here in Germany…
Like last year we still could read messages sometimes. So I was hoping they are working on something. I just don’t get why it shouldn’t be possible to find a group of people supporting them. ?!?
As it stands now I will probably use my device till the battery dies completely. Than I am most likely switching to L&B or Ares - just as everyone else… What a bummer…
But well - I at least have my device… Good luck!
