I am not able to access Dekunu Cloud. Could you please help? it shows 502 bad gateway.
What does this mean for existing Dekunu users?
You shouldn’t notice anything. The Dekunu Cloud Portal and Device API will remain fully functional - There should be no change to your device or cloud experience.
Customer support will continue to be available with a reduced capacity

It looks like its all been forgotten about.
Its been off line for a couple of moths now.
Im about to bin my unit once i find a suitable replacement.
To be fair, i only use it for wingsuiting now, ill never use it for any other use after 2 complete failures in flight now.
I am getting the same issue, so what’s the point of paying $400-500 for an anti and a few years later you cannot even access your data !!! This is really pissing me off…
So what’s the point of even using it at this point, I did a few WS jumps today and cannot see anything about my jumps…sucks !!! Big time.

I did some research on speaking altimeters and I think I’m buying for VoxAlti, has logs and everything.
But for visual, do we have to go back to the primitive displays and no data ?

Has been very annoying with no official updates since the cloud went down, not sure if I missed an update?
Couple of things, I’ve made a basic HTML webapp to read the GPS data, you do have to connect with USB to download the files first. I can share this once I’ve got it going properly.
The other thing you can do in USB mode is look for the dropzone location json file under configuration and you can add your own GPS coordinates for new drop zones. I’ve just done this but haven’t tested on a jump yet but looks to be working on the ground
