I have it plugged into power and connected to WiFi, sitting right next to the router. It’s just checking and not actually finding the new update. Any ideas ?
@ddettloff Have you changed your Cloud password at all lately? If so you may need to re-log into your device with the correct password by going to ‘switch user’ and entering the new details. If you still do not get the auto update tap menu > diagnostics > FW to manually search for the update.
I haven’t changed it since I first made it. I didn’t know it was automatic, I’ve been trying to manually search for it, but not getting anything
