Why my gps connection is bad at the DZ? (on the ground, in flight)

It’s better to get out of the packing area 10 minutes before the load to be in an open space and let the device connect to some satellites and establish a good connection… This helps a lot!
If you sit close to the door it will not lose the connection mostly.
If you sit towards the front of the airplane it maybe lose it but it will connect again when you jump!
