Allow to set discipline type in plane mode

It would be great, if we could choose the discipline type (Angle, Freefly or whatever) on the way to altitude in the plane.

YES!! I kinda hate changing it in the cloud (almost feels like a chore). Since every jumper (should) know what they are doing by the time they are seated in the plane this seems like a good time to tell it what kind of jump you are about to do. Much better than reading that Divinci quote for the 100th time lol

The is a file calles quote-something. I changed the content to something funny a jumper said or that happened the last jump weekend.
