Can you please tell me a compatible aftermarket battery for my altimeter. I can not find that exact size anywhere. I can find the equivalent voltage and mah but size is hard to get exact.

Same here. Need two new batteries for mine and my wifes dekunu
I found some compatible batteries, itās not difficult, although they donāt have the same capacity or physical size.
The real problem is the connector between the battery and the circuit board. I have no idea which one is it.
Ditto the original questionā¦ if we canāt get batteries thru Dekunu, can someone from there provide a link to an aftermarket one that will work? Anyone that has replaced a battery in as modern smart phone would find battery replacement super simple here, if we can only find the battery.
Iāve reached out to KingKong Electronics (szkingkong.com), the maker of the battery in my Dekunu, and they agreed to sell me one (or maybe 4, itās not clear) directly, since Dekunu is no longer offering them. When (if) I receive the battery, Iāll post an update here with more contact info for them. (I just used the two email addresses shown on their web site for initial contact.)

Just the connector needs to be changedā¦ Works flawless so far! Has some more mAh as well.
And please Dekuno - give us a possibility to continue jumping your device.

I received the battery a few weeks ago, and installed it in my altimeter. After some trial and error, I discovered (and confirmed with the seller) that you have to charge the battery as full as it will go (which was 50% for me the first time) and then let it drain til it turns offā¦ and repeat that about 3 times for it to ālearnā the full and empty levels. But now the battery works as good as new!
Just use the link I provided above to szkingkong.cz and go to the Contact Us pageā¦ I just emailed both email addresses provided. Tell them you have a Dekunu altimeter and want to buy their battery PL704556. Theyāll send you a link to pay thru and then mail the battery. It comes from China, so it will take a few weeks to arrive, but it is the exact same battery the Dekunu shipped with (with the right connector already attached).
