Just got my dekunu, says no known wifi ap available and also wifi inactive. Im sitting right next to my router and also tried phone hotspot. Nothing is working and the wifi setting button is not lighted up. Can’t do anything at all.
Cant activate it at all.
Also one other thing, I tried to login to the cloud and thats not working either, gives me the 500 error, tried it from mobile as well
I also have WiFi issues, there are a number of posts about this. Sometimes it works, then it drops, then it can’t scan. It’s not great. Maybe needs returning, I’m thinking of sending mine back. Too much money for it to be a brick.
